구글 "2023년 가장 많이 검색한 요리법은 '비빔밥'"

세계 최대 인터넷 검색 기업 '구글'이 2023년 올해의 검색어를 발표했는데요. 올해 전 세계인들이 구글에서 가장 많이 검색한 요리법 부문에서 한식 비빔밥이 1위를 차지했습니다. 특히 비빔밥은 인도에서 검색량이 가장 많았고, 싱가포르와 스웨덴, 필리핀에서 주로 검색한 것으로 드러났는데요. 비빔밥이 검색량 1위에 오른 건, 한국 드라마 등 K 콘텐츠의 영향이라는 분석이 나옵니다. 실제로 구글에 힌디어로 '비빔밥'을 검색하면, 드라마 '태양의 후예에 나온 비빕밥 조리법'과 같은 게시글을 찾아볼 수 있습니다. 또 미국의 일간지 뉴욕타임스는 올해 최고의 요리 23가지를 선정했는데요. 샌프란시스코의 한 한식 레스토랑이 요리로 내놓은, '물회면'을 포함했습니다. 한인 요리사가 만든 물회면은, 면 위에 한국식 물회와 함께 무와 오이 등을 올린 창작 요리인데요. 뉴욕타임스는 "계절과 상관없이, 언제 먹어도 활기를 북돋워 주는 요리"라고 평가했습니다.
