여러 재료를 넣어 죽을 끓이지만, 그 중에서도 전복은 가장 사랑 받는 재료인 것 같아요. 전복의 영양을 고스란히 담은 보약 같은 한 그릇을 준비했답니다. 내장을 넣어 깊고 진한 맛을 느낄 수 있어요. 전복죽으로 힘 나는 식탁을 만들어보세요~

STEP 1
쌀은 씻은 후 1시간 정도 불려 체에 밭쳐 물기를 빼주세요.
STEP 2
전복은 조리용 솔로 문질러 깨끗이 씻은 후, 수저로 살과 내장을 떼어내어주세요.
전복의 입과 모래집을 제거 한 후 내장은 잘게 다지고, 전복살은 먹기좋은 크기로 잘라주세요.
 
STEP 3
냄비에 참기름을 두르고 전복살과 내장을 볶다가 쌀을 넣어 3분 정도 볶아주세요.

물을 붓고 10분 정도 끓인 후 불을 중불로 줄여주세요. 쌀알이 퍼질 때까지 중간중간 주걱으로 저어가며 10분 정도 더 끓이다가 국간장과 소금을 넣어 간을 맞춰주세요.
 
STEP 5
그릇에 전복죽을 담고, 전복살을 올린 후 약간의 참기름과 깨를 뿌려 드세요.
